We had a wonderful three nights at this beautiful apartment. The entire place is stylishly renovated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The layout with two large bedrooms and an airy living area is spacious, filled with natural light, and offers beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a joy. The balconies and terrace are absolute highlights - perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise, sunbathing during the day, or evening drinks with uninterrupted sea views. The apartment felt both peaceful and comforting. The location is excellent - about 30 mins drive from Athens airport and just a short walk to Mati Beach and conveniently close to Nea Makri’s town centre, yet perfectly quiet at night. Free parking, reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even a washing machine were the kind of amenities that made our stay effortless. The host, Evily, was exceptional: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely considerate. Everything we needed was taken care of with warm and prompt communication from start to finish. The delicious, incredibly sweet figs from the hosts' own garden were a fantastic bonus, and I’m very grateful to Evily for going the extra mile to send back an item I had forgotten on departure. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer — a rare sign of a stay that feels just one night too short. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is living with you. It has got its history described in the booklet, it has got its flowers, trees and fruits from the garden, it has got its paintings on the walls. It is what more far away from the standard apartment you could imagine !! Shouldn't this be enough, Natalie's replies are always smart ... and practically on real time. Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood, few minutes away from the beach of the town center by car. Easy parking outside. Lots of nice trees in the patio which should provide much needed shade and cool in the summer months. The house was very clean, cozy and fully equipped. Very good wi-fi. Hot water available at all times and central heating as well. The hosts were very polite and easy to communicate with.

Great location close to the sea and some shops. We were running the Marathon, so it's also a driving distance away, which was very convenient. Lots of space, so it might be even better in summer to have some bbq in the garden. Could get a bit chilli at night, but we had some extra blankets and heaters. Lots of parking space. Very helpful host. Close to the motorway.

Clean, spacy and pleasant rooms over two floors. Nice, modern and comfortable furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Bathroom clean and well-equipped. Nice garden with well-kept lawn and modern garden furniture. Terrace at the garden level and pergola with moving shading cover. Free WiFi, free video on demand (Netflix). Will definitely return.

    Location fantastic. Host (Tosas) was excellent to deal with and made you feel very welcome. I went to see Greece-Ireland football game in Athens city and decided to take a couple of days to relax on beach while there and this was affordable and very comfortable and just perfect for what I wanted. Decent restaurants and functional shops within 3-5 mins walk and generally nice quiet neighbourhood.
