Everything exceptional- large spacious house, equipped with everything you need, good furniture, comfortable beds, huge living room, large terrace with panoramic view, two covered parking spaces, amazing well-kept yard with outdoor furniture, hammocks, swings, even a few turtles walking around. But above all that is Katherine, the best host in Halkidiki, who waited for us with water, wine and cold beer and periodically supplied us with figs, olives and olive oil, cakes and before leaving, with a super hot pie made by her, and there were certainly many other things she did for us. Thank you Katherine for the generosity with wich you made yourself and your house available, so that we could have a perfect vacation.

Sandy Seaside Suites was a true gem. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we could experience everything that the Greek hospitality is all about. We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, the private terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals in the open air, and the entire property – with its pool, vibrant flowers, and even orange trees – was like a peaceful, therapeutic escape. But beyond all the comfort and beauty, what made this stay truly special was the pure humanity we experienced. On our way to the hotel, we were involved in a car accident — a stressful and difficult start to our trip. That’s when Teo stepped in. With incredible empathy and kindness, he supported us from the very beginning. Throughout our entire stay, he was there for us — always one step ahead, always thoughtful. His help wasn’t just professional; it was filled with genuine care and heartfelt understanding. It was about pure humanity. And full of empathetic behavior. We are truly grateful and will always remember this experience. Highly recommended — not just for the place, but for the people who make it so special. Aside from everything else, one very important detail is that the sea is just a 5-minute walk away and absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful new apartments with plenty of room for families. Lovely pool and bar area. Exceptional staff (Kostas in particular) who were very helpful In recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit in Chalkidiki. A car is required to see the sights due to the distances but well worth the drive and return to Grey Stone Suites.

Everything was perfect very good location 20 mins from the beach and everything was in walking distance. Fast response on the phone very fast check in and check out, the room was just like the photos. And the owner was very polite and helpful. It was very pleasant I would love to stay again

A very nice comfortable apartment equipped with everything what needed, close to the beach. The host is very nice and heplful, we were even able to use a washing machine :) The place is nice and calm in November, a few shops and restaurants are still open.

    We truly loved it all! from Vasillis the host, to the property itself, the wonderful garden, the location ! The beautiful beach is a few steps away, almost private, not over laoded with bars and noise At All. Very local and wonderful. If you are looking for a poshi place it maybe isn't for you, but if you are looking for the real thing and natural beauty you can find it here. Also, so well equiped! really would love to come back.

    We had a great time at Verano. We were a family of 4. The house is perfect, very clean and well equipped. Close to the beach by car, only 5 minutes and easy to acces the two peninsulas: Kassandra and Sithonia. This lovley cat was coming from the street to visit us. She needs some food, water and care❤️

    Very spacious and facilities were great. For me, the location was perfect as I have family close by so this made it much easier to meet up. It’s also a great place to be based from to visit other areas of Halkidiki.
