We had a really nice time here. We recieved a warm welcome from host Eleni. She was always there to give us some advice over the town. The appartement is so pretty, luxurious and gets cleaned every day. We had a smart tv so we could stream our favorite tv-shows. Charming town with fine restaurants and ice cream salon!

The Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We could chose out of a menu and every wish was fulfilled. It was also very nice that the breakfast was brought to our room and we could eat at our terrace looking at the sea. I could continue to compliment every aspect of our stay but as everything exceeded our expectations I will make it short: the staff, the housekeeping, the location of the hotel, the beautiful room itself and the hospitality - everything was just awesome! :)

It was super clean. Every two days we had new towels and linen. Place was a bit small but comfy. We had everything that we needed and beautiful sea view. Place is 5 minutes walk from city center, and the great thing is that you can find parking for your car. We would recomend staying at Casa di Estella.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a very nice small and modern hotel. Whole property was very comfortable. Our room was with a balcony and sea view. Room was large and very well equipped. Private beach was perfect, very few people and super relaxing. Service in the hotel was spotless. Hotel is not in the city (which is great because it is super calm) and nearby cities for lunch or dinner were just a few minutes drive (there are also 2 tavernas walking distance + food at the hotel).

    Everything was amazing! Great room, view, location and most amazing breakfast. Hospitality was beyond all our expectations, Giannis and his mum Tanya and whole family were so nice. The suggested great places and restaurants to visit. We felt like we were at home and were looking forward to delicious breakfast and conversations with them every morning. And we will definitely come back!

    Location is very peaceful, with lots of charm. For those who like to be close nature and peace and quiet. Amazing surroundings. Guest house is close to a traditional Taverna only 200m up the hill, that has views over the entire area and romantic sunsets. Takes only 10 minutes to get to the beach or into Neo Marmaras center.

    Indeed, the name given to this house is deserved!👍 It is pleasant and relaxing to stay a few days in this traditional Greek location (from the decoration of the clean rooms to the delicious breakfast, prepared and arranged with a lot of heart and love by Tania's mother and Giannis' wife)! The hosts welcomed us with great warmth and politeness, they gave us all the information we needed, the stories about village Parthenonas, even the stories about greek food and cookies!

    Thea Studios are a lovely set of apartments located in the forested hill city of Parthenonas with a splendid view of the sea. The studio was very clean and the linens and beds very comfortable. Elena and her mother, Cristina, are very kind and brought us treats during our stay. The swimming pool is a real plus and is also very clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, olive groves, and pool is huge.
