It was very clean and very well stocked with items in the kitchen for anyone staying long term. The underground, private parking was key for us since I had read parking can be hard to find during busy season. The location was ideal, just 1 block from the beach and restaurants. We had a nice 15-20 minute stroll into town for dinner in the evening. The host met us on-site for the keys for an easy check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect, if you are traveling on car. Easy to reach the promenade and the parking is cheap downtown. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment.
