The facilities are excellent, and the location is just right. Pollux Habibie is conveniently attached to a mall. Although the mall is still new with only a few outlets open, I believe it has great potential to become a new landmark in Batam. We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.

Came late to the apartment but host is very responsive and helpful. Place is new & clean yet room price is cheap. Surprisingly come with kitchen for simple cooking. Will consider booking the same apartment next time I come to batam.

    Pleasant unit to stay for holiday! Great location and grab friendly! Cheap grab! Great aircon, wifi connection is on and off but owner is reachable always! ❤️ We had a great pasar malam night market from Thurs to Sunday below property! ❤️

    Great location on the 55th floor of Tower-1 in a new complex. A gym, recreation pool and walking area was also available on the 6th floor. Ideal stay for both business and leisure travelers. Host was also very kind and communication was great. Everything was clean. Kitchen also available. Loads of options to go out nearby.

    + Check in was easy. Property Host gave me a set of instructions about getting in via Whatsapp. + Room was okay. It's a studio apartment so probably it was the same about average hotel room. Enough for 2 person. + Everything was clean, bathroom, bed, kitchen was spotless. Towels and basic amenities were provided. + Location was really strategic, near to city center, but the apartment complex quite empty as it's practically new. + View was awesome. The room got a sea and city view.
