I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. It’s a charming and well-maintained lodge. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a delight seeing all the organically grown fruit and vegetables within the grounds. It was very peaceful and a true place to unwind. Communication was top notch from the moment we made our booking through to check in and check out. The staff were super-helpful and spoke a good standard of English. I highly recommend Oemah Tepi Sawah.

The Staff really made a great stay fantastic! The room was comfortable, the pool was amazing with views overlooking the jungle, and everything felt so peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the trekking activity through the beautiful rice fields nearby. It was a wonderful way to experience the natural beauty of the area and connect with the local surroundings.

This place is a dream. If you're looking for peace and quiet and want to get away from busy areas, I can't imagine any better place. It truly feels like coming home from the moment you get there. Putu is just one of the greatest hosts I've ever met. He's always there and helping you out with everything. Furthermore, we shared so many long talks and it was so interesting to listen his stories about the local life and nature. His wife Made is a great cook, the food was always so fresh and super delicious! 10/10, no doubt!

I've traveled to Bali over 20 times and stayed in more than 200 hotels and resorts — and Brave Coffee and Camp easily ranks in my top 5 destinations on the island. It truly holds its own next to five-star properties like Alila Villas and Mathis Lodge, yet comes at a fraction of the price. The area is absolutely magical, offering a level of peace and quiet that's hard to find elsewhere. The rooms are of five-star quality — everything works perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. For me, that's the most important factor when choosing where to stay. The owner personally oversees everything, and every request was handled with care and warmth. It was the best service I've ever experienced. If you value a beautiful room with stunning views of the island, this is a must-visit. The pool was amazing — I ended up spending the entire day there, just soaking it all in. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!
