It was incredible to find such a comfortable villa in such a wild location. The villa is not big, but it has everything you need. You can tell it was made with a lot of love and care. They even provide robes, slippers, breakfast items, and a fully stocked minibar, which is so convenient since there are no shops within walking distance. The location is unique, with a stunning view of the rice terraces—no houses in front, offering complete seclusion and privacy. There are no tourists around, so you get to experience Bali in its untouched beauty. We were welcomed so warmly, and they prepared an incredible surprise that I will remember for the rest of my life. There was a bird in a cage, which we were asked to set free as a symbol of liberation. It was so unexpected, yet so beautiful and moving! Another amazing thing was that you can walk down to the river and wander through the rice fields completely alone. The energy there is something else—I've never felt anything like it anywhere else! I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and soul. I fell in love with this place forever!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of traditional Balinese design and modern comfort, creating a serene oasis that truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the breathtaking views, was meticulously crafted to enhance the stay. The staff at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa were exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided invaluable local insights that enriched my trip. The surrounding area is just as impressive, offering a perfect mix of natural beauty and tranquility. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in the lush gardens or exploring the vibrant local culture, every moment was filled with delight. I was supposed to sleep in Munduk but after a bike accident I decided to stop there. By chance, I discovered a beautiful heaven place. There are three different bungalows hidden in the middle of Ricefields with a stunning view on it from the pool. I slept in the 40 m² Bungalow which was super comfort. You feel lost in the middle of nowhere as if the time has stopped. But even if the place is really nice, what it makes this place magical is its owner! he took care of me as if I was a friend,He cooked me a delicious meal and even a gave me a oil massage on my broken elbow, This guy was probably the most friendliest that I met during my trip

It’s a charming and well-maintained lodge. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a delight seeing all the organically grown fruit and vegetables within the grounds. It was very peaceful and a true place to unwind. Communication was top notch from the moment we made our booking through to check in and check out. The staff were super-helpful and spoke a good standard of English. I highly recommend Oemah Tepi Sawah.

This place is a hidden gem, and I'm almost nervous to give it such a glowing review as everyone will start going! But, I want this place to be a success as the family running it are wonderful. They've thought of everything - coffee/tea station in room, chairs and table on porch, drying rack for clothes, etc. It's incredible how much is provided for the price - the views are unbeatable, the food was simple but flavorful, and you get to escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud/Canggu/tourist areas. It's rustic, but if you want a place to unplug and immerse yourself in Bali rice fields and greenery - this is it! My favorite stay in Bali by far.

The Staff really made a great stay fantastic! The room was comfortable, the pool was amazing with views overlooking the jungle, and everything felt so peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the trekking activity through the beautiful rice fields nearby. It was a wonderful way to experience the natural beauty of the area and connect with the local surroundings.

A very warm and welcoming homestay where you truly feel like part of the family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds, a hot shower, and a lovely semi-open bathroom. I've traveled to Bali over 20 times and stayed in more than 200 hotels and resorts — and Brave Coffee and Camp easily ranks in my top 5 destinations on the island. It truly holds its own next to five-star properties like Alila Villas and Mathis Lodge, yet comes at a fraction of the price. The area is absolutely magical, offering a level of peace and quiet that's hard to find elsewhere. The rooms are of five-star quality — everything works perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. For me, that's the most important factor when choosing where to stay. The owner personally oversees everything, and every request was handled with care and warmth. It was the best service I've ever experienced. If you value a beautiful room with stunning views of the island, this is a must-visit. The pool was amazing — I ended up spending the entire day there, just soaking it all in. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!
