We had a wonderful family 4 dsys stay at a Oemah Tepi Sawah. Surrounded by lush rice fields it offers serene escape from the busy world. The locally made breakfasts and dinners were a treat, especially the Dadar gulung and chicken Sate. A special mention to our friendly driver Roi, who doubled as a guide, sharing cultural insights and helping us discover hidden gems. He even took us to local shopping centers where we bought some lovely traditional Balinese outfits. The peaceful location, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Bali! Sleeping in to crickets chirping and toads croaking felt lively and amazing!!

Extremely beautiful!! Surrounded by ricefields and jungle, the Huts are made with love and style. Every Hut is faced in a slightly different direction so that there is more a sense of privacy than in other accommodations. It's more or less quiet with a little bit street noise from the distance and the sound of crickets. The view from the resort is really nice, but from the huts you only see the small forest directly in front, so no view of the rice-paddies from the balcony. There are very nice waterfalls with ponds for swimming nearby (one at the padi bali resto on the other side of the street). There is hot water and wifi (the quality depends on the hut you are in). Breakfast is good, continental or indonesian.

Putu is an amazing host. He'll assist you prior arrival to make your stay smooth. You can also request him to bring you around for some daily tours in extra. This is a unique and very special place. The perfect spot to get “off grid” for a night or two (or longer). Incredibly charming, in the middle of jungle and rice terraces. In the night, fire flies dance around the house and you can fall asleep listen to the sounds of the jungle around you. Owners are very friendly and will help with everything. Lovely food.

The hotel is very close to the rice terraces of Jatiluwih although it’s super quiet and the view from the rooms is just beautiful. The staff was really nice and helpful, we were the only ones staying that night and they cooked a delicious Indonesian meal for us. The continental breakfast was also very good! The room was big and clean, with TV, fan and a large bathroom with hot water. The bed was really comfy.
