Really nice and secluded place. Felt like one could have your own little meditation retreat. Really nice bungalow all in wood. Super clean. Staff attentive. I did the cooking class with them and enjoyed cooking and trying all the different local dishes

Great accomodation very well located in the middle of rice fields ! We particulary appraciated the hospitality of the owner and his family who was always willing to help and take very good care of our needs ! We loved our stay at The Alam Tetebatu! The view over the rice fields is stunning, and the peaceful surroundings are perfect for relaxing. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. From the bungalow, you can walk straight into the jungle to see the Monkey Forest, rice fields, and a beautiful waterfall. We highly recommend taking a walk with Udin — he’s friendly, helpful, and knows the area well. The wooden house was clean and cozy, and the food prepared by the family was delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for nature and authentic local charm!

We stayed here for two nights as we wanted to see the rice fields and nature around. The place was great, and had a great view from the room to the rice fields where we could see the sun rice. Restaurant at the guest house served amazing food and all of the staff were super nice and helped with everything. They also have several tours that they offer around the area, we chose the Nature one guided by Andy, which explained all perfectly: we went to see the rice fields, and all fields in general(chilly, tomato…)waterfalls and monkey forest.

If I could give 100 points, I would. We arrived, 2 girls, and booked for one night for now. After a few minutes we knew, here we want to stay longer. The family is my absolute highlight of my trip because of their hospitality. I am a passionate backpacker, but what I experienced in this place with the family and the whole village was indescribably beautiful. I fell in love with this place and want to visit the family for a longer time. You feel like you are part of the family and you are treated as such. The food from Jao, the host mother, is so lovingly prepared and deliciously cooked. All the food is fresh from the garden. She has a big heart and always a smile for you. Aang, the host father, took us on a day tour of the neighboring villages. It is authentic, genuine and you experience the real Lombok. Pendi took us to the neighboring waterfall and natural pool. We had so much fun together and enjoyed every minute. In the evening there was a campfire with other family members , such as Robin, who could answer any question we had. About the way of life, the culture and much more. I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. The view from the bungalow is insane and the bungalow super lovingly designed. Yes, you can hear the mosques, but that is Lombok and is part of the experience. There was wifi and hot water. We loved it and I will surely come back because I miss the family already. Thank you so much!

Incredible homestay! Location is perfect. In the middle hof the family’s ricefields. You have a view on Rinjani from the back and a view like out of a movie from the front. The host and his family are super friendly and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Room is very clean and the matress is great. You should come and enjoy this while you can!

The view is beautiful and it’s very peaceful. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless! The breakfast was decent too. It’s a good location, close by to some Warungs and also paddy fields, river + waterfalls. If you’re lucky you can see fireflies too.
