Our lodge was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The living room was super cosy, and even had everything needed to light a fire. The owners really thought of everything. The lodge was lovely and warm when we arrived with the heating on. Sufficient supply of towels and the showers were amazing with piping hot water. Beds were also so comfortable.

This is a genuine Irish cottage/home, thoughtfully restored and cared for and in a beautiful location - quiet, scenic and with stunning beaches on your doorstep. We were made feel very welcome, thanks to Harry and his wife who are close by -we enjoyed the chance to learn a bit about the local area and the history of the cottage. We loved the character of the cottage and the fact that it was really well furnished with everything you could need (plenty of kitchen ware for family dining, extra bedding, books, games with interest for all ages ) - we were three generations in one family group and we all had a very happy, peaceful and relaxing holiday. We loved it and hope to return! Almost forgot to say thanks for the turf which ensured we had a very homely fire in the evening.
