Fantastic place to stay for a night on your travel in Ireland. Everything clean and comfortable, with nice breakfast served by amazing staff. Area very quiet, and just 15 mins from Kilkenny 🙂. Highly reccomend.

This place is just magical. The host really made us feel most welcome in her space. The whole area is just gorgeous, like stepping into a fairy tale, waking up to those views, and the sound of nature was out of this world. The host left us fresh scones, jam, coffee, milk and tea. Everything was sparkling clean. It's really close to the city, but you still get all the advantages of being out in nature. The hosts were really understanding as well, when my little brother accidentally knocked over one of their lamps. If you are looking for an amazing place to relax and unwind, this is it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rural house near to Kilkenny! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The hosts were always there to help us with anything we needed and went above and beyond in their generosity. The facilities were excellent—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. What really stood out was how kind and attentive the hosts were. They provided us with everything, including food and transportation, without charging us anything extra. Breakfast was fine, you are within easy access to the centre of the town to go for anything you want, breakfast, coffee etc. Everything is on the doorstep. The hosts were fab, we ate in their restaurant below, Asian Fusion and it was excellent, and would highly recommend. Mary the person who arrived at check out time to clean the flat was just lovely to chat with.

An absolutely gorgeous little apartment with everything you need. The decor was beautiful and very well organised to make the most of the space. The bed was a so comfortable with a lovely soft throw for added comfort. There's even a patio with table and chairs for your morning coffee in the sunshine! Our dog loved it too. 🐶We would highly recommend the Cosy Nest! Perfect location in a very nice area of Kilkenny.
