Hotel is very new with all modern facilities. Rooms are quite spacious and value for money. Staff are very cooperative and helpful.

Manoj was a perfect host. He spoke brilliant English and helped me enormously, keeping my motorbike secure. He also organised a delicious evening meal for me and took the time to chat with.me and make me feel at home. I had an early start and Manoj was more than obliging to provide toast and jam at 5.3pam in the morning! What a star! I left with a smile on my face happy with a brilliant stay. The room was spotless as was the shower. The whole place is clean and tidy. Manoj who is Indian, spend 25 years in Europe and it shows. His mix of understanding India but also seeing what only Europeans see when they go to a place. I could not recommend Shivansh Palace Home Stay and marriage garden highly enough. Exceptional value for money. I would certainly go again.

Best place we've stayed in India! Everything is clean! Like actually clean! And so comfortable! The rooms are spacious and have natural light, but are also fresh and cool inside even when it's hot outside. Screens on all the windows so we never had problems with mosquitoes. Very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets and stars are magical from the rooftop, and you can watch the local kids playing cricket. The garden is pleasant and we had fresh papayas from the tree. We were allowed to use the kitchen anytime we needed, and the homestay also offers delicious food at good prices. The wifi is good: electricity does cut out pretty frequently everywhere in Khajuraho but it generally comes back within a minute or two, and there is good cellphone reception at Prems Homestay so you can back up with data if you're a digital nomad and need to work. The area is about 15 minutes walk from the main road, a pleasant stroll past wheat fields and water buffalos and friendly children all saying hello. It's like stepping into the past, where everything is simple and kind and safe. You can also easily get rickshaws to pick you up if you don't want to walk. The value for money is fantastic, totally worth staying here even if it's a few minutes farther from town. Prems Homestay has two buildings and a range of rooms with different prices. We stayed in the cheapest one and even that was absolutely perfect. We spent 12 days and could happily have stayed more. Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Manu were so attentive and helpful, by the time we left they felt like friends. They cleaned every day, made sure we had everything we needed, and were also super respectful and chill, so I would have felt perfectly comfortable and safe even as a solo female. Mr. Neeraj speaks perfect English and can answer any questions. They were also kind enough to let us do early check-in and late check-out, and even helped us buy our train tickets. 1000% recommend.

It was a nice stay. But the location is some what remote.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in India. The location is within 10 minutes walk of the western temple complex, the site is provided with a pool and restaurant which were both fantastic though the restaurant was expensive. We asked for drinks which the bar didn’t have and the staff went out and got some for us! Rooms were a great size and clean. The main lobby was really beautiful and well kept.

Is good for food for dinner and lunch and shidshing lokal taimpel visit in the morning is good

Cheap , incredible vibes and some travelers always there. The owner and his family is awesome. And for sure the indian hospitality and chai 😄 it is a perfect . The place to go 🤗 Thank you everyone for everything ! A lot of love 😘
