Our family recently had a wonderful stay at a charming villa nestled amidst lush green tea estates in Ooty. The villa itself was great and we as family took complete villa with three rooms that are incredibly clean and beautifully furnished. We especially appreciated the reliable hot water supply in each bathroom, which was a real comfort during the cooler evenings. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and polite, always available to assist with any of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared for us, and the evenings were magical with cozy bonfires and soothing music. The serene ambiance of the tea estate provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Ooty. We had a special request for a birthday decoration on the balcony. The decorations were really good with a minimal amount.

The location, room, staff, breakfast, everything was great! Honestly, I would rate this as my best stay out of all the hotels I stayed in India throughout the duration of my trip this time. The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.

My experience at Mellowlux Ooty was genuine and authentic.The property is even more beautiful and elegant than the pictures portray, and the view is simply mesmerizing.     Everything was good .. especially to location .. this cottage is situated on one of the hills so the view from balcony is exceptional. The caretaker old couple is good and polite too.. they served the best breakfasts everyday !

    Location is away from the traffic and very much calm and pleasant location. Booked the king size superior bedroom which is having balcony and addition to it a seperate balcony with swing. Staff really care well to the guests.
