Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I liked everything about the property, from the comfort, staff, cleanliness, approach etc. Personally, I liked Mr Deepak and his extra ordinary hospitality service which is required in this kind of consumer business. He understood my needs, situation and helped me within professional limits and personal capacity. The cooking staff ensured, I feel satisfied after dining. Everyone was nice, especially Georges at the reception. My stay was exceptional, with lots of positives. Mr Majnu the owner, was there every morning to ensure that everything was going on smoothly. The cuisine was one of the best in Cochi. Do try the seafood platter! Also do visit the hotel which is also a museum full of history. Overall i give the hotel a 5/5 ☺️👍

Stayed at this hotel recently and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—right opposite Lulu Mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. What really stood out was the view from the room—absolutely stunning, especially during the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing.
