Initially I have booked Sabina beach resorts … when I went there to check in …. They denied the booking saying that property is full no available… after so much delay f argument…. They shifted me to another property which is 16 kilometres far away … when I went there …. They charged me abonormal amount …:which is not mentioned in the booking .com …. They insisted to pay extra amount for credit card payment which 18 % extra

This is by far the most great hotel I ever stayed in Chennai. Compact and worth the money spent. Everything is proper and maintained cleanly. Spacious, amenities are provided and good. Breakfast is buffet and included, parking facilities etc

We LOVED everything at Villa Ithaka. From the smooth arrival, the staff, the host who came by to say hello (and help us with our little misadventure) , the beautiful house, the location, communication was perfect. we would recommend for sure would love to be hosted again!

We are a couple from chennai travelling here for the weekend. The room is very spacious and they have a kitchen and the living space with an additional washroom. Snacks and toiletries were additional amenities provided. I would like to thank Mr. Shiva for arranging food and conveying local attractions. 250 meters away from the beach, 1 km away from mayajal and 4 km away from Boat house. Very reasonable value.
