We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Although the location is a bit remote, I thoroughly enjoyed it, as I prefer staying away from chaotic towns and cities. When I stepped out around 6:30 in the morning, I saw a peacock wandering on the lawn in front of our room — such a serene sight! I would prefer to stay at this very hotel whenever I visit Tanjore.

The staff were very helpful and allowed a very late check in and very early check out. The room had good WiFi and is perfectly situated by the big temple. There is a friendly place a few doors down serving good dosas and idli for breakfast.

The place is very close to the station, super convenient, the outside is not beautiful, but very quiet. The noise of the trains is light, it does not disturb. Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. Very spacious, clean, and nice authentic decoration. A bit out of the city center, allowing more peace while easy to access all touristic points in less than 10min rickshaw. Warm welcome from Kumar who has been super helpful.
