Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

The manager was very helpful from the beginning. Was flexible with checkin and checkout times and made it easy for us to extend our stay one extra night. He also helped us book taxis to Munroe island and Trivandrum on a very short notice. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The property is walking distance from the beach.

"We had a wonderful stay at Cliff Vista by Saash Hotels, Varkala. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. Ample parking is available on the property, which is a big plus. The beach is just about 1 km away, easily accessible by bike or a short drive.     We loved the idealism and the caring ethos of Jambavan with its emphasis on the environment, art and welcoming guests. The room and shared facilities were all spotless, cool and comfortable. There is a large roof terrace where you're surrounded by the tree canopy and a balcony off the living room which is shady and breezy. The hosts Avneeth and Anvena are incredibly kind and friendly and speak perfect English. We enjoyed making friends with their family of cats 🐈‍⬛ It was fun having art materials in our room to encourage some sketching.

    Very comfortable, very clean, and a great location in a quiet street 5 minutes from the beach! For the price, we weren’t expecting Lavender to be as good as it was. Our room was big, had quiet AC, and was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. We would stay again!

    Excellent location, quiet yet 2 minutes walk to the cliff cafés, shops and restaurants. Very clean rooms with large comfy bed and spotless linen. The outside balcony to the room is a nice place to relax. The staff are friendly and the manager Suresh can make any arrangement you might need.
