This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Aunty). They were very welcoming and friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved it. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you for being a nice host.

Lake swimming pool was gorgeous , but would be better with fewer pigeons trying to drink The annex bar / restaurant was a lovely setting with nice cold drinks and friendly staff but it was a shame there weren’t more visitors there Afternoon chai by the lake is a nice touch

This is a hidden gem. We arrived much earlier than expected. Sajit welcomed us with drinks and prepared the room immediately at no extra cost and was very accommodating. The room was simple, but spacious, clean, 2 fans and good AC. Comfortable bed. The shower was cool but that didn't bother us. Bathroom very clean. 5 min walk to a bit of beach with no one on it! No amenities as it is tucked away. Sea a little choppy but OK for a dip. Marari beach is 4km down the road so very easy to access. Sajit brought us tea and biscuits in the afternoon which was a lovely surprise. Dinner at Boban was incredibly affordable but you must say the number of each dish you want (2x curry for 2 people). It's delivered to outside your room. Included breakfast had plenty of food and was tasty. Sajit or someone else is on hand via message/WhatsApp and responds quickly. Strong WiFi. Incredible value for the whole stay. Can't recommend enough.

We were traveling to Kerala from Singapore and looking for short yet authentic ayurveda rejuvenation package. Shantitheeram proved to be just the right choice. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them and benefitted from the ayurveda treatment. Nice rooms, beautiful views, simple food and great ayurveda therapies made every moment cherishable.

Great stay. Absolutely peaceful place. The owner is very friendly host and provides everything you ask for. Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Marari Irene homestay.
