The place was awesome at every level: comfortable, warm, clean, organised. The views were incredible and there were ample options to enjoy the icelandic countryside. With all that being said, the real magic was feeling Ragnheiður's love for her horses and amazing dog. I had the priviledge of brushing two sweet horses and I had no idea how relaxing it was. I would definitely go back. In fact, it was a huge mistake to only stay for one night. As far as location goes, it's very conveniently located to get to Reykjavik in half an hour (give or take) or the Snaelfesness peninsula. But don't make the same mistake I did: stay for more than one day and enjoy all of the magic of the place and the energy that you can almost touch, the love for the animals and the icelandic countryside. Missing it since I drove away!

The apartment is new, and this is visible from the entrance. Very clean and perhaps one of the best equipped accommodations I have stayed in, this apartment is located 15-20 minutes walk from the city center and I think this makes it a good option for those who want to discover Reykjavik.
