The location is excellent. Gianpiero and Alessandra waited for us at the railway station, the communication was great. They helped us with everything from ordering our food on arrival to making the reservation at the restaurant for the next day (my birthday). The apartment was warm and cosy, water and wine in the fridge, coffee, tea, pasta, biscuits and some other things were waiting for us. Varese Prime was the best apartment I have ever booked.

This is one of the houses where you feel yourself home right a way. The house is stuffed with everything, appliances, cooking ingredients, utensils, detergents, coffee etc. You can just enter the house and you are settled. The area is very quiet, we stayed only for one night on our way back from Southern Italy to Germany, and I wished we could stay more. Very easy self check-in, heating was still on which is appreciated. Apartment is spacious and very well decorated, bathroom is very large, gas stove and oven are very good. You have a parking place in front of the house, lots of supermarkets nearby, more than one.

Very modern space on a floor with several other rooms, which share a lounge area. Excellent facilities -- the owners/managers left no stone unturned. Anything we could have wished for was there--bed comforts, electronic assists, quiet room, great bathroom with shower massage, colorful lighting, complimentary wine, all kinds of complimentary snacks, fruits, drinks, coffee pods. The place where you would want to stay again! I chose this location because it is well located, close to any location you want to see: Maggiore, Como, Varese or Orta. But more than that, I found something that exceeded my expectations, a place that is located in the middle of a beautiful, well-kept garden on the outskirts of Varese. The guesthouse is new, tastefully decorated and offers very good quality services. Large and clean rooms, with comfortable beds, where you don't miss anything to feel good. Very kind hosts, thank you Mirela and congratulations! Easy to access by car, has its own parking, self check in but also reception service. Very good breakfast, with local products of the best quality, tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this location!
