Great location - 5 min from Civita, 15 from Bolsena, 30 from Viterbo The owner, Jacopo, was super-helpful and available on WhatsApp The apartment was brilliant-clean, with anything you need + little perks, courtesy of the hosts - worths every penny btw there is no microwave (no surprise, it's not listed in the facilities, and that's usual in Italy)

Right in the heart of city. The staff is basically a family who owns the place. They are warm & charming people who really make you feel home. The room was comfortable & had all basics.     Location is great, the room for family of four was great as well. It as a nice TV, air conditioning. It was very clean, very quiet and overall, very confortable. It has coffee machine on the bedrom as well a small fridge. The host was very very helpfull. Real close to the parking.

    We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst we were in Italy for a friend's wedding. We hadn't really done a great deal of research but we were SO pleasantly surprised with the property. I don't think you could ask for a more ideal location! In view of the stunning Civita di Bagnoregio, which is only a short walk away. Our room was immaculately tidy, clean, and comfortable. Communication from Daniela was 10/10.

    Great location, extremely nice accommodation between olive trees. Refreshing yet simple swimming pool with a lot of privacy. The house was nice with all comfort needed. Only the beds were not top. Ideal spot to explore Lazio and South Umbria.

    the property was very clean and very comfortable. it is a modern accommodation with a sense of good quality furnishings, for example it is a really nice bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. the lady that met us there was extremely helpful, and very organised and helpful with her communication, making it very easy for us when we arrived and needed to park. she was excellent in dealing with any questions via the app, and made sure we had a good stay. I would 100% recommend staying at this property.
