location is so good, better than other side. I can order food delivery so easy. The modern room is massive with everything needed, and parking is easy if notice the host in advance. The view is beautiful, rooms come with a large patio and the ocean is just in front of us. We manage to see the sunrise from the room and patio.

The place was absolutely lovely, nestled among stunning olive groves that created a serene and picturesque setting. Our room was spacious, providing both comfort and a sense of tranquillity. Although we were not sure, if the road is the right one, we came to a beautiful place and Massimo and his wife welcomed us with homemade limoncello and figs. The room itself was nice and cosy and we enjoyed sitting outside as well since you can see Ventimiglia and seaside. Massimo and his family has 3 cats, which were the best play buddies for our daughter
