Not very big but comfortable and clean room with own kitchen. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the bedding clean. The parking is just in front of your room. There are no attractions near the hotel, but there is a village Vicopisano near the hotel with a beautiful Castle.

Really easy to get there after hiring a car from Pisa airport. Absolutely perfect... Large room, amazingly comfy bed, crisp sheets, great aircon, balcony, totally silent, large bathroom, toiletries.. So I didn't need to unpack those.. Super clean.. and a brilliant breakfast with a smiley helpful host. The best decision I made to stay here. It allowed me to recharge my batteries ready for my trip. Our host was an elderly couple, they only spoke Italian but we understood each other perfectly, he also used google translate when needed. I made the booking about an hour before arrival, they had everything ready, and clean when we got there. The owners made the breakfast for the requested time in the morning, everything was beautiful! Upstairs is a nicely decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen fully equipped and a livingroom. There is a big supermarket about 800 meters away.

Villa Maria was a lovely B&B. Rooms were exceptional and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The pool was lovely to sit by and relax. Simone was there to greet us and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier the next day and Simone was happy to take us to Pontederra Train station. Thank you Simone and thank your Madre for her assistance. 😊
