Very friendly and helpful host (we were there over Easter and had questions about where to find food!). We didn't really test out the kitchen or coffee facilities but everything seemed fine. We found the location at the edge of town quite good -- we could walk to shops and restaurants but it was still easy to get in and out with the car.
