Everything about this stay was absolutely top-notch! The room was spotless, in a great location, and had fully adjustable heating—perfect for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was excellent, making it easy to stay connected. A special mention to the host, Roberto, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and flexible. He even helped me find a car mechanic when I needed one— truly exceptional service! I highly recommend this place without a doubt. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay, this is the place to book!

Lucia, our host, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect - the room and ensuite bathroom were delightful and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Lucia also gave us vouchers for coffee and croissants just around the corner and we used them on the morning that we left. This mainland accommodation is just down the road from two regular buses that take you straight to Venice in about 10 minutes.

We arrived late since our flight was 5h late but the security guard checked us in and drove us all the way to the cabin since it was pouring rain outside. He was superfriendly!! The facility was also very clean and nice for a camping. We just stayed one night but we also saw the pool which looked superfresh and the other areas looked amazing. A perfect camping spot for sure. 10/10! Once again, BIG THANKS to the security guard who helped us in the middle of the night (morning) and also let us have a free late check out. Mille Grazie!!

The best host ive ever met since ive been in Italy. Cozy room, variety of breakfast choices. the accommodation is very convenient to go to the airport or venice. Just a 15 min bus ride, which you can buy the ticket from the host (from and to venice). She even suggests us a very good place to have dinner.

    This is a great place to stay in Venice. Convenient location: 15 minutes to the bus stop for the airport and only 5 minutes to the stop for the island. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. Despite the fact that the appliances were not new, everything worked properly. The room has air conditioning and a kettle. Unfortunately, the owner didn't speak English, and we had to communicate through Google Translate and gestures, which made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it's a good value for money.

    Very well located, only 10min from the airport by bus and 10min from Venise by bus also. The room was nice and comfy and a nice breakfast is included. Staff was nice and helpfull with the bus ticket, itinerary, and tips to enjoy Venise. All this at an affordable price, a good deal if you don't want to spend thousand euros in the crowdy center of the city

    Very good location, bus to Venice is across the street. You can buy the tickets from reception. We stayed in the mobile home. Very clean and everything was brand new. We did not use the other facilities but there were wasching maschines, toilets, showers all functional and clean. Bar next to the reception. Pool and alot of space for the kids. Good value for money.

    We needed a place to stay prior to travelling to the airport, so the location was perfect. The number 5 bus from Venice stops just a few hundred meters away and they offer a shuttle to the hotel that's cheaper than the public bus. The breakfast is good and the rooms provide everything you need.

    Super helpful staff - both communication in advance (about late arrival process) and during our stay. Spoke excellent English (and French). Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. Shared bathroom was fine & very clean, and didn't seem too busy in the morning. Really easy and cheap to get into central Venice.
