The location is perfect! right between lake Como and lake Lugano with a bonus small lake 5 minutes from the location The apartment is in the castle/fortification which takes you back in time, it's simply amazing. The building is old yet inside you have all the modern amenities you might need (dish/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc) Plenty of free parking on the property (something rare in Italy) The co-working space exceeds expectations, it's not just a random room with a table but rather multiple rooms with different purposes which are perfectly fit for both big team events and working in quiet. No hidden fees or surprises and had cleaning supplies for dish/washing machines

Amazing and beautiful place with peaceful garden, super tasty breakfast and lovely hosts. The bed is amazing with orthopedic matress will make you sleep like a baby ;) Marina and her daughter were very helpful during our stay. The place is super clean and smells lovely.     Everything: the apartment was very specious with modern furniture and a very big sofa and very comfortable beds. Large windows facing the lake and with a huge terrace! Only a few steps down to the lake and only a few minutes walk to nice restaurants! The best location in Lake Como with a very friendly and helpful host!

    We liked absolutely everything! We arrived very late and despite this we were very warmly welcomed! The apartments are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well maintained, everything is good there! The view from the windows is amazing! There is a good supermarket a couple of kilometers from the house, it is better to get there by car. Menaggio is about 15 minutes by car. I will recommend this place to anyone who goes to relax to Lake Como.
