The villa was so spacious and beautiful, and quite cool inside even in the late june heat. The rec room with the billiard table was quite a lot of fun, as was the huge upstairs terrace with the most amazing view to drink coffee and draw in. The host was very accommodating and available. Probably the best part was the well-maintained private pool, we spent a couple hours there every day! We were there for a family reunion, 9 people plus a baby, there was plenty of room for all of us and we had a truly lovely time! With a car there is plenty to do out there, drive to Orvieto, Siena, Florence, the lake, Pienza, go on wine and cheese tours, rent bikes, even go down to Rome, as well as hot springs- and then come back to relax in the beautiful villa with its cool rooms and tranquil surroundings. The host, Lorenzo, knows a lot about the things to do in the vicinity, too, and has great recommendations! We definitely want to come back again next year! Thank you!

Great location and friendly staff. Attention to detail was excellent and the apartment was very well kitted. We were able to cook, make nice coffee and even wash so clothes. Would totally recommend!

amazing place, located in a rural area is quite at night and amazing view of the sky, yet it´s close to a small village with groceries and restaurant. it´s an amazing experience of rural Tuscany, the apartment is extremely comfortable, fully furnished , and complete kitchen, the hostess are very nice people that helped us with every need. its close to a excellent thermal pool.

    Beautifully decorated apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Emanuela was absolutely delightful. She met me in the piazza and walked me to the property, and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and drinks in the fridge - also coffee pods and tea bags. Perfect location and extremely quiet.

    This is a fabulous B&B with exceptional, welcoming service. The breakfast is home-cooked, varied and delicious from homemade yogurt to frittatas and baked goods. Plenty of gluten-free options as well if you ask. Their restaurant in the same building is also exceptional and a great option for lunch or dinner as the town does not have much else in it, but Bagno di San Casciano is nearby with more food options. We loved the peace of the location, the comfy bed, great black-out shutters which made it easy to sleep.

    Everything was perfect, thank you for taking care of us in your lovely house. The house has great character and is in a perfect location. It is quiet but also very near the main square with friendly bar, Cafe and good restaurants. Lovely old streets to walk along with views over beautiful countryside. We have returned home feeling very rested and would love to return one day. Thank you
