    When we arrived after a long drive, Simone met us at our car in order to show where our parking place was. He took us to our room and showed us how to operate everything. The room was thankfully air conditioned. The entire building has been recently renovated and everything is spotless and new. Simone gave us walking and driving directions to the beach and brought us a huge bottle of water for our fridge. The beach was amazing. Our host was very generous with his time, and spoke great English.

    The property was absolutely stunning across all fronts from location all the way way through to cleanliness and atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil Tuscany getaway with an amazing view . The hosts were super helpful, lots of pampering with a packed fridge full of drinks as well as other foods They even cooked for us on the first night and surprised our kids with gifts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to get back there

    Beautiful secluded location in the mountains, The hosts were brilliant, fresh home-made local foods and wine. Nice big shower head and clean bathroom. Lots of lovely hikes and walks close by with a view of the Mountain range just outside the door Great coffee, lovely ample breakfast. Would definitely stay again even better in the summer as they have a seasonal pool out the back. Thanks for a lovely stay

    Breakfeast was very good. All home made products. Dinner (ate twice at the Chiosi) and tried two different primi piatti and secondi piatti. Everything was really good! Room is small but pratical and very clean. All in all it was a perfect stay. Michele is very nice and happy to give tips where he can (for hiking etc.)
