Very nice staff, good mattress (not too soft, not too hard). There was a small fridge on the floor. Air conditioner worked well. I lived in the room with relatively high ceiling, so it was easy to maintain not only a comfortable temperature, but also the freshness of the air. I liked this location without noisy bars, clubs or restaurants, where you can really have a rest after exciting day. You can spend just 10 minutes to get the Mantova city center and about 3 minutes to visit Grazie by interurban bus number 13 (the bus stops are near the hotel). You can walk to the shopping mall "Il Gigante" (10-12 minutes by foot) and buy some food, cloth or shoes. Also you can find another bus stop (urban bus number 5) near this mall. It's important to note that routes 5 and 13 (to Curtatone area) are included in Mantova Card. If you plan to use the buses, visit site APAM and download the relevant timetables to avoid any troubles.

This place is a great experience, I must say! I already expected quite a nice place when I booked - but it was yet better than I thought. The location is wonderful. You can't hear cars or neighbors, just birds and the wind. All around the place is fields, forest, and then the Po River. The house itself was rebuilt just recently - and it was done with good taste and clever solutions. There's also an old hay barn that adds some historic taste to the experience. The owners and staff are really friendly and open minded. They looked after me so well, I wasn't used to this at all - it was a great experience! Good parking lot, even proper wall boxes for electric vehicles would have been available. Chapeau!

    Good value for money, served me well for my one night stop along the way. The room is very nice and the host is very helpful and easy to comunicate with. The self service breakfast was made of packed items, there were plenty and a fair varierty, a fruit juice and the coffe machine available. I wasn't there to explore the surroundings so can't say much about the location but the area is very quiet, in the green, away from roads and not far from the village.
