The house has been recently renovated and it's in perfect state. The bathroom was unreal, the room even had a walk-in closet. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location (close to the mountains). The breakfast was very good (typical Italian, mainly sweets, muesli, yogurts, bread, cheese etc).

Lovely comfortable room, beautiful garden & handy location! The in-room sauna was just amazing! What a rare treat. The price was a bargain. We had to book another night! Coffee machine in kitchen was good too :) Very friendly & helpful host.

We liked everything about this property. It has rustic charm, mountain views (we were lucky with the room), excellent breakfast and Tamara of course. She has humour and is fond of hiking so do ask her for suggestions and ideas. She made us feel so welcomed, and helped us to experience the best of Dolomites.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about the stay but every photo was real. Every room was clean, kitchen, and modern bathroom. Good breakfast options. The owner speaks English, is very nice, with good service. I can recommend this place 100%.

We arrived at the hotel after 10 days of cycling through Austria and Italy, and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Everything was pure luxury. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — he helped us wash and dry our clothes, and generously offered us coffee, tea, and plenty of biscuits. The location is surrounded by greenery, with a huge and beautiful garden. Everything is arranged with great taste and style — a perfect combination of comfort and elegance. Highly recommended!

Beautiful boutique accommodation in the centre of Belluno. I loved the modern decor, the beds were comfy, the room spacious, the shower excellent. Also offered great toiletry sets, which was a really nice touch. Good parking options, easy check in. Great common areas in the main reception floor, extremely quiet. We also loved the recommendations for bars and restaurants provided in the room guide. At a small extra price you can also book the sauna in the main reception floor, which I really recommend. The hotel also has a breakfast deal with a nearby cafè (1 min walk) with delicious pastries. The accommodation is a short walk (3 minutes) from the town centre, and nearby excellent bars and restaurants.
