    The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains. Dervio is the most beautiful village and ideal for exploring lake Como area. The breakfast was really nice with homemade cakes and local produce on offer, delicious and a great start to the day.

    This apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything looked quite new. Lovely fresh decor, very comfortable bed. Shower was small but efficient. We had a small balcony. There were 2 chairs in the apartment which we took out onto the balcony to sit. A couple of small chairs out there would have been good. Great facilities in the kitchen. Staff were helpful and room was serviced every day. Good location as only 5 minutes from railway station and 10 minutes from lakeside.

    The communication and location was just incredible. If you want to stay away from tourists but just 10 mins away its ideal. The apartment is set in a lovely village with some nice places to eat. Whilst we had a car the train is easier to use to get into the heart of verrena. I cant speak highly enough of the owners as they were so accommodating. Parking space is great. Great pizza restaurant on the door step also. We had a great time. My congratulations to the host.

    I loved my stay in Dervio! The guest house is in a perfect location close to the train station with a beautiful cafe and square outside. The room itself and kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

    The apartment was spacious for 4 of us and all basic amenities were provided. The location is very convenient with supermarkets, pharmacy and the lake nearby. The parking pass given by Fabio was very helpful for us to park around Dervio city.
