We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. The house is old and full of character, located on a hill with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully furnished, and equipped with air conditioning. The host is very kind and welcoming – she gave us great recommendations for trips and places to visit in the area. Breakfast is included and was a nice touch each morning. There’s also a peaceful garden with shade, perfect for relaxing. Parking was easy, right under a large old tree. The town is just a few minutes away by car. We’d definitely love to come back.

The room was nicely decorated and clean looks like its been renovated recently. Quiet and comfortable room we slept well. Free parking available on the street. The host Giovanni is super nice and had great recommendations for food place down the street, dont miss it its great atmosphere and food!

A beautiful and clean property. The rooms and the views are spectacular, we were only there for one night but we should have stayed for longer! The breakfast was delicious and Sascia was the perfect host. Instructions for check-in/out and parking were very clear and easy to understand.

    Great place to stay with beautiful views of the countryside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the area. The pool was really nice in a great location. It was very suitable for a family stay. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.

    Matteo was lovely to arrange keys to us even though we were late upon arrival. We loved the whole scenery of the place and the privacy we had. Matteo had also pre-heated the apartment for us which was lovely. We also had nice coffee waiting for the next morning and we could use washing machine. Parking was easy and the location of the place just beautiful. Easy to go around with a car and enjoy the landscapes. Beds were really comfy! Would have loved an apartment with balcony after we saw the views! But next time, we will come back for sure :)

    excellent location, amazing property, beautiful apartment. very good communication. It is 10/10 place, except hot water, as the pressure was very low. Maybe it is different in summer. We would definitely like to go back. Value for money, no doubt.

    A well-insulated holiday apartment with everything you need. We had a very lovely barbecue and enjoyed our time there. The location is beautiful and reachable with a car (you need a car for most of the Tuscany area anyway).

    The property was in a great location, approx 50-70 min away from Pisa, Florence and Siena. Lots of green areas, fresh air and calming nature. Lots pf things to do around the area. Despite having a bus station and a train station nearby, in order to be more flexible you need to rent a car. Federico was very helpful and responsive to my messages and Susanne was a great hostess. She welcomed us, gave us tips and recommendations.

    The property is just beautiful, it’s quite calm, perfect for a relaxing days, the location is great and we could enjoy a very nice sunset view by the pool every day! Everything was very clean, our room, the pool and the staff was very friendly, we would definitely stay here again :)
