The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only €21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison ragu👍then pork wrapped in parma ham 👌lastly pasta with pesto😁 table wine was nice & very reasonable at €12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.

If I could give higher than 10 I would. The young lady checking you in and providing breakfast was so friendly , helpful and welcoming . The room was comfortable . The bathroom is a good size and the breakfast was massive . I want to come back again

For a motorcycle touring goy like myself, it was an absolutely heavenly offer. An indoor garage space, a very cozy apartment, a quiet neighbourhood close to all atractions in Fondo and just 5 minutes from Passo Mendola. Alk at an incredibly low price for the area and for the conditions offered.

Extremely nicely designed hotel! You can feel that the owners have put a lot of effort (and money) to make the place special. The interior design is very innovative as well as respecting the local landscape and traditions. The team is young, motivated and very friendly. The breakfast was local and healthy.     Great location in the centre of the town. Everything is accessible on foot. Beautiful place for walks. Playground for children nearby in the shade of the trees. Two bedrooms plus living area and kitchen. All older but adequately equipped. Linen, towels, coffee, oil etc available. Use of washing machine. Balcony to sit on with a view.

    I am in love with this place. Super friendly and professional staff, great food, clean and very comfortable room. Amazing location — the mountains around are breathtaking. Just in 900m walk — a beautiful lake. Many hiking roads around, many places to visit. I will suggest this place to my friends and will definitely come back :)
