I was genuinely sad to leave this apartment — it was such a wonderful stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and everything inside was neat, tidy, and very well-maintained. Exceptional location, next to the lake, supermarket, ferry terminal & Rail Station. All within 1-5 minutes! A complimentary Wine bottle & 2 bottles of water greeted us on arrival. Also, a big Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Also, Varenna is a 5 mins boat ride away & Bellagio & Mennagio, only 15-20 mins by boat. Do yourself a favour, stay here and visit Bellagio & Varenna as day trips from here! And the hospitality of Francesca, our host and her Dad, Tiziano, was FABULOUS! He came in his car to pick us up from the Train Station and went out of his way to drop us at our next destination, after 2 days! Excellent Pasta & Pizza place nearby, Che Pasta. We had our best tasting pasta here, in our Italian trip.This is a house you can come back to, again and again!

Wow - great host who kept us informed all the way, and checked to see that we arrived ok. The Vikey app with remote door opening worked flawlessly. And super clean, spacious and new. This was a fully equipped 2-bedroom home with a nice piece of grass to enjoy the beautiful weather. Everything you would need is in the apartment if you wanted to cook a meal, but you would have to bring everything from the grocery store in town. There is also a handy parking spot just in an adjacent field. Would definitely recommend a car to bring luggage up the hill from town - it is a bit of a trek. Book the apartment for a family of four - lots of room!

We had a wonderful stay at Bellagio. The small separate house had everything we needed, with the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. Although the location was about a 15-minute walk to the coast, the peacefulness and stunning views made the walk an enjoyable experience. Andrea, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bakeries. The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered tranquil surroundings with beautiful views of the lake from the green surroundings of the loft. The neighboring family was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

The view of the lake was outstanding and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. We loved it here and wished we had booked for longer. The directions from the owner were friendly and easy to follow. Parking nearby meant we could see the car from the room so knew it was safe. Netflix and the large TV were handy also

    After staying at many similar air bnb style properties, i can honestly say the owners are some of the most organsied and helpful i’ve used in 100’s of visits. Incredible directions for check-in, a large book of recommendations in the local area and beyond & always contactable for any questions. Also, the location is great even if you don’t have a car there is a bus stop within a few minutes walk. After many saying there is a smell of damp i can assure there isn’t. It’s the smell that comes with the old items within the house.

    Very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great swimming pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Large free parking with many spaces under trees, where to hide from sun. We could order cafe any time at the bar and had good diner in the evening. Good location - not far from Menaggio city center. Air con was working great.
