Everything was excellent. The staff, the room, the breakfast. They covered every detail to make our stay unforgettable. I would really recommend to stay on this hotel and I would definitely would do it again. The locations is pretty good, It was centric but not too crowded so you can walk and there is life in the neighborhood. Its near all the attractions. Do it, book this hotel and you wont regret.

Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely, quiet location away from the crowds but easy walk to the Academia, restaurants, and other attractions. Great having cooked to order breakfast each day! Spacious suite, big balcony , large modern bathroom . Host recommended great restaurants. Tram to the airport stopped right out front. Loved having elevator and housekeeping service! Staff on site during the day.

    Amazing room. Abit confusing with the photos from booking not matching room and location (I thought we were having a kitchen but we didn’t, this was no issue for us tho as we had both dinner and breakfast booked at the hotel already. Amazing breakfast

    The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. The estate is beautiful, rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice design details. Proximity to Florence but in the countryside. It makes it an excellent location if you want to avoid the crowd, enjoy nature but still be able to go to Florence or other close destinations.
