I arrived by motorcycle and to my surprise the hotel is run by a motorcycle school called Enduro Republic. I got to park my bike in style in their clubhouse / office / repair shop. I was treated with a coffee and then walked over to my fantastic room. My stay was on a weekday between seasons and only one restaurant was open which was fine with me. I strolled around the interesting village almost on my own. The room was large and comfortable, and there was a kettle and some complimentary snacks in the room.

The building looks new or newly renovated, the room is pretty and clean and the staff was very welcoming. Federico even organised an additional kids bed in the middle of the night when we arrived late due to traffic delays. Very helpful, easy communication. The outdoor area was not finished yet, but as soon as it is, i believe it will also be nice to use it for breakfast :)

What a beautiful surroundings and what a great house. How wonderful to have the opportunity to have a look inside a real Italian way of life, at least in the earlier days. So much history. We booked the family room and our daughter (almost 3) was so happy with the sleeping couch; she has slept the whole night through while normally she wakes up during the night. The pool was very nice to have, especially because it was very hot outside. We loved the breakfast, especially the torta della nonna. The breakfast is a bit sweet but if you ask for something else Paolo will bring it. We hadn’t realized it was a Monday when we arrived which means that a lot of restaurants were closed. Luckily the mom of the host knew a very good place and made a reservation for us. We have met the whole family, all very nice people. Don’t hesitate to ask for something: they are glad to help you or bring it to you.

The location of the Relais is just perfect. The view and the whole atmosphere of the property was so relaxing and picturesque. Our room looked over the pool and was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We also had lunch at the restaurant across the road run by the owners which was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs. Would highly recommend.
