Loved this place, it's clean and safe and has everything you need. Close to the train station, close to the beach and the host Alessandra was very nice and helpful. If we go back to Ventimiglia we will definitley stay here again.

Great house, totally new. The owner told us that we are the 7th group of guests in this house. One can imagine how new this house is! The house has a beautiful sea view, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable, the TV is New, the network is good, and the dining room and kitchen are also well-equipped. Although we only spent one night without cooking, the owner told us in detail how to operate the various facilities. He is so nice! Everything is as described or even better, I will choose this house again for my next vacation!

Perfect location (just a few minutes to the train station, to the beach and the medieval old town), very welcoming and flexible host, super easy communication and check-in and check-out and lovely and clean room including a fridge and coffee machine. everything is like a romantic story. The 500 year old house renovated modern but with elements that sends you in that time. the staff was more than nice. they were friendly and helped us with a late check-in, with useful informations about where to eat, where to go for a lovely beach. If we will be in the area again we would love to return as guests.
