Madame on reception was very, very nice and helpfull. Hotel is beautiful everything is new and stylish. Rooms and clean and new. Breakfast are very practical and great choices. I will definitely come back when I will have opportunity. Location is great just next to the Lago. Overall 10/10

Lovely apartment with modern decor and great facilities, garage parking very close to the apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. Great having the hotel facilities available to us including a swimming pool, gym and restaurant. The restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was great as you could walk along the lakeside into the town in about 5 minutes.

This place is an absolute dream. It’s a taste of European luxurious splendor from a time long bygone. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Plus the pool/sauna is cherry on top of the already decadent cake.

Almost new and extremely clean apartment in the short walking distance from Stresa centre and Lido. Well equipped kitchen and great wardrobes. Spacious private parking place and huge green area. Two balconies, one facing the lake. The great bonus was just opened pool that was not even listed among the services when booking. Especially the children enjoyed a lot:)

We had a great overall experience - first of all the contact with the hosts was excellent and the key-less access worked smoothly. The building looks new and the apartment was spotlessly clean and also very tastefully decorated - we loved the design and attention to details. Everything looked pretty much like new and was of a very good quality. It was great to have a parking place on site. The location is fantastic, close to everything and yet quiet at night. All in all very good choice for anyone visiting the town!

Superb all ! Excellent communication, fantastic room and amazing bathroom, lots of towels, receptionist so kind and friendly. We received delicious homemade cakes as a warm welcome. Breakfast types of food like milk, yoghurt, water fresh available in the refrigerator. Pillows made me dream like a baby. Unbelievable experience, the garden and mountain view with terrace...couldn't wish for more.

    We were so appreciative of Francesco's kindness, flexibility and understanding. We arrived after travelling from Perth with our 3 children and the ease of arrival was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, perfect location. Highly recommend.

    The parking, the staff came out in the rain to help with luggage. The location was brilliant, right opposite the train station and the ferry to get you to other parts of the lake. And then the sun came out.

    This hotel is exactly what a modern Italian hotel should be. Small, modern, comfortable with nice staff. Perfect location one minute from the station and 2 minutes from the ferry. I fell in love with this hotel and this amazing place.

    The view is exceptional, the host is very nice. The shops for eating or restaurant are very close as well the ferry port to cross the lake. The télécabine is near as well so practical. The flat is very clean too.

    The location ist great, near grocery-shopping, restaurants and excursion destinations. The interior is very clean, well-mainted and comfortable. The really friendly owner is helpful, with good ideas for side trips. The communication with him is quick and binding. We definitely recommend it!
