The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

This is one of the houses where you feel yourself home right a way. The house is stuffed with everything, appliances, cooking ingredients, utensils, detergents, coffee etc. You can just enter the house and you are settled. The area is very quiet, we stayed only for one night on our way back from Southern Italy to Germany, and I wished we could stay more. Very easy self check-in, heating was still on which is appreciated. Apartment is spacious and very well decorated, bathroom is very large, gas stove and oven are very good. You have a parking place in front of the house, lots of supermarkets nearby, more than one.

We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;) The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building. I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!

    This b&b was a great find: we only stayed one night on the way to another destination but we will for sure come back. The host is great, very kind and interesting. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The location is pretty convenient for a stop over when driving on the highway but it would work also for a couple of days visiting Como: there is a train stop within 10/15 mins walk.

    Big room, comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Easy access from highway. We booked an economy room which was apparently located in the side courters. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the standard room in the main building so we would have easier way to lobby and restaurant. Dinner was amazing, the breakfast was fair.

    The location is excellent, easy to reach just off the motorway and a very short drive to Lake Como and the Swiss border. We had booked a double room for one night but were delighted to be given a free upgrade to a suite. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good but not a great deal of vegetarian choice. We settled for a great pizza for dinner and the breakfast was very good. It is obviously a popular stopover, very busy with families from all over Europe.
