The guest house was located in a very picturesque Albese Con Cassano, our room had a beautiful view on the nearby church. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine, comfortable, well equipped. But the best thing about the stay was the stuff. The breakfast were served in cafe Piazza Motta. The stuff was so friendly, the positivity of the staff made our day!!!!

We stayed just for one night, but everything was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area about 10 minutes by car from the lake. Welcoming heart warm owners. Beautiful villa with top class hotel readiness but yet with warm and homely interior. Classy home made breakfast. Went to Albavilla from Como with bus and to get to hotel we had a lovely walk trough small roads up the hill - Perfect location to rest and walk around small village besides mountainy forest area.

Our stay in Albese, Italy was simply wonderful! The host met us at the bar downstairs and immediately offered us food and drinks. Giuliano, the owner, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was almost new and very comfortable, adding to our excellent experience. The breakfast was fantastic with delicious food, coffee, and fresh juice. Great value for money! We highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in Albese.

    Perfect location for a stopover. The rooms are OK, not Waw but defenitely good. We had a family room, airconditioning was only present in one of both rooms. Breakfast was good : we could eat on the terrace and enjoyed the most amazing view. Service was kind and really friendly-we all got our personal decorated cappuccino.
