It is new hotel, downstairs is very nice bar (not typical Italian, but fancy one). But it's located at the main road (you start to hear some noise in the morning) and infront is a gas station. Ample parking space back of the house. Typical Italian breakfast - sweet bread, cappuccino, fresh pressed orange juice. Staff is very friendly. Ok for one night. Room is not very big.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It evoked feelings of being in my own village and home. Perched on a mountain, the house boasts incredible views that are truly mesmerizing. The village has a tranquil charm, accentuated by its scenic beauty. A must-try is the pizza from the local restaurant located near the church. Conveniently, there's a quaint grocery store just moments away from the apartment, managed by a delightful lady. llenia was a gracious host, offering insightful tips about the village that enhanced my visit. I genuinely wish I could have lingered for at least a week in this enchanting locale

We were visiting the area for a wedding and originally hoped to stay at another nearby accommodation, but it was fully booked for our dates. We ended up finding this hotel as an alternative and honestly, we were so pleasantly surprised. The lovely woman who runs the hotel truly goes above and beyond, she’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her guests. Her father even kindly helped us get to and from the wedding, which we were so grateful for. Our room was spotless and felt brand new, with everything thoughtfully prepared. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the sheets were changed after two days. We always had water and other little amenities topped up, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the cappuccinos were a perfect start to the day. The location is peaceful, with beautiful views, and made for a really relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations, we usually stay in 4 or 5-star places, but this stay was just as enjoyable in many ways. We highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, clean, and full of heart.

    Peaceful location, very close to beautiful lake around 5 min walk. Great walking routes in partial shade, which was much appriciated when temperatures were very high. Not too far from other more famous lakes like Iseo or Garda. Host, Simona, was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. Appartment had almost everything you need for perfect stay, second bedroom is a bit small, but still ok for two children to sleep in. Very well equiped large kitchen. Great views from large terrace. Cafe and bakery just outside. We had a fantastic stay.
