We loved everything about our stay, from delicious homecooked dinners in the garden, to spending time playing with the sweet-natured dogs & tiny kitten! But the highlight by far is the host Viviana & her lovely family - they made us feel so welcome and at ease, it felt like a home from home. This is an authentic agritourismo producing olives, saffron & honey. It's in a secluded quiet valley with a beautiful view across to the town (a nice walk away, worth exploring) Highly highly recommend staying here! We stayed two nights but wish it was more We will definitely be back

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

It was a very good stay, the apartment is clean, modern and has everything that you might need. The only issue (can be an advantage if you are looking to have an autenthic Tuscan experience) is the fact that it is completelly isolated from other places, meaning that is really in the heart of Tuscany.

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. This might be the very first review I’ve ever left on Booking, even though I’ve been a member forever and travel a lot. So why now? The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining area was very nice. The location was very good with amazing scenery and views in all directions. We stayed four nights, so the price included a pizza and a pasta party. They have such a nice home made products as well. Very good price-value ratio.

Beautiful place in a wonderful scenery. Outstanding sightseeing of the Tuscany hills from the apartment. Big bedroom with good bed, maybe blankets would be needed, and complete kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, big table and TV.

The hotel is in a beautiful property and has all the charm and the quaintness of a bygone era but with all modern amenities. Situated in the middle of an old fashioned village complete with clock tower, it gave the feeling of being transported back in time. Zamira was friendly, courteous and so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything with needed.
