An exceptional place to stay. Manfred and Francesca were friendly and helpful in every way and they have a little paradise here. Really beautiful scenery and views from the lovely gardens and patios and pool, very reasonably priced drinks and local wine, superb breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, super bed and big walk - in shower. Good local restaurants on the beautiful lake a walk or short drive. Excellent in every way and most highly recommended.

The place is really nice, very peaceful at night, location on top of a hill gives it a charm. Everything was smooth, from payment to arrival there and also when saying goodbye. The woman who is running the place is very kind and helpful, she took a lot of time to explain me about the area and the monutains. A nice experience. Grazie mille!

Everything was fantastic!!! I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!

    Fenced in area for the dog. The property offers guests breakfast for the first night and the owner’s mum Luciana had prepared some delicious Marche cakes. Delicious cappuccino as well. She also generously gave us two bags of cachi fruit and was full of helpful advice about places to buy typical food from the Sibellini that we needed. The room is small but with everything that you need and very clean.
