Spacious and fully furnished flat, perfect for a couple and for work/holiday trips. the kitchen is provided with all the necessary crockery for a comfortable dine in and overall the flat is very well equipped. Private parking lot just outside the flat. You will need a car to move around: the flat is located midway between Verona and Mantua. It was a great base for the literature festival.

The Gomes house is an amazing apartment! The host and his wife are so kind and polite, welcoming us warmly with smiles. The location is in the center of the city with a perfect view of the cathedral. There are many restaurants with tasty food, shops, cafes, and a pharmacy nearby. There is a large free parking lot just a 2-minute walk away. We were welcomed with a very kind note and a bowl of fruit. The apartment is very large with spacious rooms. Everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The temperature was between 26-31 degrees. There are two air conditioners, but we didn't use them at night because the temperature was perfect. Sincerely, thank you, and all the best to you!

The breakfast was lovely, very fresh, lots of choice, different things added every day, presentation was outstanding couldn't fault it. Nothing was to much trouble fresh coffee lots of choice. The room was spotless, outstanding couldn't fault anything, mini fridge, kettle and drinks, lovely toiletries and hairdryer. Lovely touch when we arrived bottle of rose sparkling wine from there own vineyard with fresh fruit, cured meats and cheese. lovely pool area we would recommend this property 100%

    This hotel is perfect. Our host Monica was very, very kind and allowed us to choose a room and to visit the villa. Breakfast was also perfect with planty of kind of food including fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries. The quality of the food was very good. Honestly, we didn’t expect something like this and I can highly recommend the property for very good value for money and also good location because it’s close to Verona, Mantova or Garda lake.

    The location is superb, recently renovated according to modern standards but keeping the aristocratic style of two centuries ago. In addition, the atmosphere was completed by the hosts Monica and Roberto who took care in detail of a wonderful breakfast and helped us with tips to visit beautiful locations nearby.

    Wonderfully authentic hotel and rooms in an old and well-kept building with the very warm and hospitable owner Monica who takes exemplary care of her guests. The central location in the middle of the city and at the crossroads obviously means street noise, but the windows block out the noise well. The location in the middle of the city with typical Italian shops and bars around it.

    Overall our experience for 4 nights (26-30 Sept 2023) in this well reserved and renovated villa was perfect. Monica loves what she does. Breakfast with pastry and breads freshly taken out from the oven was perfect. Around the location there are many attractive turistical points. 30 minutes by car to Verona City center. I don't write reviews usually, but I did for Monica and her efforts. Hope it is appreciated enought to preserve this lovely experience.

    Everything was as expected, room was big enough and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, served in a very nice dining room. Everything was fresh, well prepared and clean. Staff is super nice, friendly and ready to help with anything and anytime you need. We were very happy with this choice. The town doesn’t offer a lot of options for fun however there are many options in 10-20km radius as water parks, historical sites and gardens as well as Gardaland is appr. in 20 km distance from there.
