Extremely welcoming owners, beautiful and cuddly dog. Great breakfast. Modern, well equipped (there was a quite big fridge in the room and private parking that is not mentioned in the listing. Modern bathroom, new A/C, very comfortable bed.

Letizia was extremely kind and supportive, answering all our questions or messages immediately. We appreciated the interaction and chats with her. The apartment and the villa are beautiful. The bathroom was extremely clean and kitchen well equipped. There is a store super close. I hope we'll go back there again one day.

Beautiful agriturismo at short driving distance from the seaside. Very quiet place with a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. The room we had was huge and new and with very good airconditioning. We had a shared bathroom but this was more than fine, we never had to wait to use it. The hospitality was amazing, we felt so welcome!

    Great location close to the sea and other Tuscan villages. The house is nice and full of character with sufficient space for a family of four people. The kitchen is modern and includes everything one could need. The house is within easy walking distance to the village of Nibbiaia where you can find a grocery store and café.
