An amazing place! The rooms and entire building are absolutely stunning—we felt more like we were visiting friends than staying in a hotel. Breakfast was delightful, served in a beautiful dining room, and the location couldn’t be better, with everything just a short distance away. Pistoia turned out to be a wonderful city, even though it’s not as widely known. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and stylishly decorated. Truly one of the most charming hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in!

Our stay here was amazing. Instructions on how to reach the apartment were clear and easy to follow, the city of Pistoia was calm, cozy and not overcrowded. The apartment looked great, especially the bathroom. There was working AC and also small bialetti coffee maker with few capsules of coffee for us. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It was probably one of the best places ive ever stayed in (regarding this money range).

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

The place is full of character, is made with high quality of materials, the owners take pride in making it special. The hosts were great, they let us checkin earlier. Made our stay pleasant. The surroundings the pool the view the atmosphere is wonderful. No complaints. Only some nice to haves which they are always willing to add....grazie Chiara and Sara for being lovely hosts. We had a wonderful flat and were all to ourselves. This is a wonderful B&B, where you can easily spend a few days. It's a whole room upstairs, very ideally divided, with a large bed and sofa, air conditioning (two), a small fridge and two TVs. Incredibly, it even has USB ports, wow how modern. The bathroom is very large with a make-up table, two washbasins and a very spacious shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room and the entire property, including the pool, were very clean and well maintained. You can always feel the attention to detail here. The garden with many olive trees, the whole property, absolutely invites you to linger. The whole surrounding area is pure Tuscany 😊- The best way to get here is through the village of Montale, as the GPS has its difficulties here. There are several small restaurants in the surrounding villages, all of which have their own little specialities - Viva Italia 😊 This B&B and the hosts are always a pleasure to return to - a 10 is not really enough of a rating !
