I don't even know where to begin. This place was exceptional! My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

Manuela is a very friendly hostess . Last minute we had to leave early in the morning and she did her utmost to make sure we had breakfast. Breakfast is with fresh orange juice. The room was spacious, the bathroom very clean.

Klod was an absolutely wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got to the hotel ok by picking us up from our previous accommodation and dropping us off at the ferry port when we needed to get back. He gave us some great tips for the area, which is lovely and peaceful compared to the main town. There is a shortcut to the centre of town which is a 12-15minute walk, however after staying there the first two nights we were more than happy to explore the restaurants around the accommodation. There are some lovely places including a very reasonably priced pub and a restaurant with a beautiful view. There is also a very private beach a short walk from the room which was a great bonus! The cabin itself is so charming and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Klod :)

This place is fantastic—just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio. It’s peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained.     The location is perfect. Better to have a car, as it is maintained places. The view - it is awesome. The lake, mountains, other villas, calm place... there is dozens of pluses of the place! The house is super. It is very cozy, warm, silent place. There were all we needed and more. Very clean, good beds, enough furniture. Excellent balcony and terrace were useful. The one thing is override everything- the view... it is love from first look:)
