The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

The apartment is located in nature with lots of greenery. The host was waiting for us at the entrance and nicely handed over the keys and explained everything. The apartment had everything needed to cook lunch (salt, sugar, spices, coffee). For breakfast, everything was sweet and salty. Very nice apartment for one or more nights. Vacation in nature without traffic.

    Great, easy check-in for a quick stay. We actually enjoyed purchasing 2 rooms, one for the kids and one for us. The property was inexpensive enough to make this possible. Central location was really nice as well.

    Excellent location close to town centre. Strong WiFi, ease of access, bed comfortable, all areas were very clean. Decent breakfast available at a nearby cafe and plenty of decent restaurants in walking distance. Also easy to get to other parts of Tuscany using the train.

    Quiet location, beautiful large room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Amazing wooden roof in the room, beautiful period furnishings, exceptionally friendly and helpful Manager and staff. Felt like a 5 star hotel with a lovely lounge, stunning breakfast room and the most sumptuous, taste breakfast I've ever been served in a hotel. I would return to Pistoia just to stay in the hotel with its elegant furnishing and wonderful grand staircase.
