We literally liked everything.. the house is built at a very high standard, the effort which the owners invest to make their customers happy is unbelievable. The property exceeded our expectations! Rooms are very well equipped with everything you may need, immaculately clean, breakfast is 👌! The swimming pool, kids area, huge balconies with nice soft furnitures, coffee machine in the dining area,…all those little details can make the real difference. Communication from the beginning to the end of our stay was perfect. The owners recommendations about the local restaurants and even places to buy a home made Italian cheese are highly appreciated! 🥰 Very good location, close to the sea and to the mountains at the same time… it’s such a tranquil place. This place can fulfil any customer expectation in any aspect! Thank you very much for our perfect stay!

Security at car park was great and a lift to apartment was a huge help. Very modern and spacious apartment with the best bed I have slept in in Italy!! Not too far from beachfront so able to go for long walks. Lovely open beaches without chalets which makes a nice change. Will be back x

    The property was Immaculate - The room was a generous size with a very comfortable bed, the room was very clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered was good quality and a good selection of breakfast foods. Luca, the host was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. Luca was a great host and we had great conversations over breakfast.

    The place is really beautiful. It is an old mansion, which is fully renovated with style and quality. Rooms are very comfortable, immaculately clean, all the details well thought out. The location is very quiet, a good night sleep is undisturbed. Though you need a car to move around, still it’s only ten minutes to the sea as well as to a beautiful town on the hill. The host Luca does everything to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. He is a great person! Breakfast was also amazing.

    It was great for two reasons: the first is Luca, who is the manager of the location, who is a super character, a superlative host, and the second is the location, intimate, coquettish, gorgeous, unique.
