The place is done up with a lot of love and care. It is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the quietness of it, delicious breakfast and the whole setting. It is conveniently situated: it takes 10min by car to reach a train station from where one can take an hour train straight to Venice St. Lucia station. It also takes about 10-15 min by car to get to the beach. A few beaches nearby.

There is an elevator, and the room and bathroom are spacious, only the insulation is worse. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a bistro on the ground floor.     Perfect location, in the middle of the historic town. clean and tidy room, authentic italian feeling :) Owner is very kind. Breakfast (incl. capuccino) was delicious! Alternative milk was avalaible.

    Very nice one bad-room apartment with a terrace with relaxing view. It comes with a parking space. Chic design and very clean. Everything need: kitchen tools, bathroom, quality bad linens. Good location- close to stores, pizza, some small restaurants. Nevertheless, in 20 minutes walking the old town is reached and there are plenty of good restaurants.

    Good value for money. Very clean.Great location if you plan to visit Venece and North of Italy. The host was helpful and gave us some good tips for food. Pets are welcome and it was added value for us :)
